Gardening club is a fantastic way for children to not just learn about planting and growing, but where our food comes from.

We support the children with growing and harvesting and its an exciting experience for children to see their seeds sprout!

We are big fans of organic gardening and whether your garden be big or small we can grow anything anywhere!

Do you need help to create a wonderful organic vegetable garden. We provide all materials from recycled raised beds to seed and tools.

Our food sessions include cooking with seasonal produce or simple introducing children to fresh (often homegrown) produce and giving them the opportunity to taste and create with raw food. Sessions are interactive, allowing time to explore food ask questions.

Whilst we respect childrens individual likes and dislikes for food we encourage children to create their own food combination ideas. Who would have thought that chocolate and corgette muffins would be an all time favourite in our cooking clubs!

We encourage children to talk about where food comes from, how it is grown and how to prepare it.

Recycled Art and Craft After School Club

We are currently working in several schools providing after school clubs.

"The Recycled Art and Craft club run by your staff has been extremely well received by the children. There has been plenty of variety in the activities all of which have been suitable for the age range of the children. They have been introduced to lots of different materials and have enjoyed everything that they have made. Feedback from parents has been positive and the remaining sessions are full right up until the end of the school year. Parents of the youngest children have said it has been a good introduction to "after school clubs" and they have seen an increase in their children's confidence and enthusiasm for school"

Nursery Vegetable Patches

Developing vegetable patches from scratch. All the children got involved, from preparing the soil up to planting the vegetables and fruit.

We also followed up with a number of sessions showing the children how to care for the plants and how to harvest.

"All the children really enjoyed the sessions, and we have all learnt so much"
